The job
Recruitment consultancy is a fast paced and demanding profession that requires high levels of motivation and determination. The role is essentially telephone based sales, so you will need to be confident, articulate and able to communicate at all levels to be able to engage and influence people. The environment at RMI is dynamic, competitive and non political giving employees every opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Rewards
RMI offers a generous financial package, including an industry leading uncapped commission scheme. This allows successful consultants to earn £30,000+ in their first year, and £70,000+ in subsequent years. Additional incentives include monthly team lunches and quarterly trips abroad. Top achievers in the past have also received additional prizes, including holidays and high value vouchers for Harvey Nichols.
