This is a great opportunity to work for a leading company in the South Yorkshire area. As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for the day to day support of the company’s internal users. You will have good working knowledge of Windows technologies and experience of supporting both software and hardware. You will ideally have experience working with VOIP such as Avaya or Cisco, experience of working with JBA or Kerridge and at least 2 years experience in an incident management role preferably within an ITIL or ISO 20000 environment. You will hold either the MCSA or MCDST qualification or be able to show that you are genuinely working towards these.
